The sections consist of Fostering(pages 1-7); Foster Parents (pages 32-33), Foster Parents as at 31/7/1974 (pages 36-39), Fostering Applicants as at 17/12/1975 (pages 42-61), Children with special needs (page 72), Foster Children - Northern (pages 77-95), Foster Children - Southern (pages 201-207), Foster children (pages 275-277), furniture loans (page 282), and Foster applicants (page 284). Details recorded include date, foster parents' names, address and file number; natural children; age, sex and race of foster child; length of fostering of foster child; state child or non-state child; caseworker, and comments Some language used in these records (which reflects the language used at the time the records were created) may be offensive.
